“We will build some stores, some of the stores will sell products that you will not be able to buy, well, such is life. Not everyone was born with a silver spoon in there mouth. But there is no exclusion of anybody here. The one that doesn’t even have 50 cents to buy gum at least can walk freely free of charge on the sidewalks in front of the sea and see the cruise ships arriving and see the passengers, the passengers with money, get of the ship and see them walk in the stores and buy expensive things and the ones that find that too complicated to understand, well I’m sorry, because life is like that, not everybody was born with money. The people with money will have access to the Riviera, the people with 50 feet yachts. But don’t worry about that, not everybody has that right. Keep playing Lotto, maybe one day one of you will be able to buy one of those boats.”
